All candidates, who are selected for employment, must pass a pre‐employment drug screen and a criminal background check (in additional in‐depth background checks are required for the licensed child care facilities). In some positions within the agency, a three year driving abstract is required for meeting the Agency's driving requirements.
All employment relationships with Triumph Treatment Services are of an "at will" nature; meaning that there are no employment contracts and the employee and/or the employer may terminate the employment.
