Triumph Treatment Services is a Drug-Free and Alcohol-Free Organization.

All candidates, who are selected for employment, must pass a pre‐employment drug screen and a criminal background check (additional in-depth background checks are required for the licensed childcare facilities). In some positions within the agency, a three-year driving abstract is required for meeting the Agency’s driving requirements.

All employment relationships with Triumph Treatment Services are of an “at will” nature; meaning that there are no employment contracts and the employee and/or the employee may terminate the employment.
