If you’re interested in outpatient services, please get in touch with us at (509) 248-1800 to schedule an intake assessment. Our dedicated team of outpatient providers offers a range of services, including outpatient substance use treatment, intensive outpatient substance use treatment, the ‘Staying Quit’ group, MRT, and individual sessions. Additionally, Triumph provides peer support services to our clients, outpatient mental health counseling, housing services, and case management through the Parent-Child Assistance Program (PCAP).

Our team is committed to assisting you in creating an effective treatment plan. Our trained admissions specialists will guide you through a pre-screening process to determine your eligibility and the most suitable level of care. During this pre-screening, you’ll discuss your substance use history, mental health concerns, or any physical ailments. 

Additionally, we’ll assist you in making travel arrangements for treatment. Our staff will assess your current state through key assessments to develop your individualized treatment plan. Please call (509) 204-3098 to get started.

What if I had an assessment somewhere else?

A ‘current’ assessment must be less than 6 months old when you begin treatment or must be updated. If you know you were assessed for outpatient services, you may call (509) 248-1800 to make an appointment or walk-ins are available Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Fridays 9am-3pm at 120 S. 3rd St. in Yakima.

James Oldham Treatment Center (JOTC) serves as an inpatient facility with co-occuring substance use and mental health treatment.

Women's Residential Substance Use Disorder

28 day women’s program or 3-6 month residential for pregnant or parenting mothers with co-occuring substance use and mental health treatment.

Parent-Child Assistance Program

PCAP is a 3-year, intensive, home visitation program for mothers who experienced substance use disorder during pregnancy.

Substance-Free Housing

Case-managed emergency, transitional, or permanent housing services for those on their recovery journey.
