Triumph, in collaboration with Yakima Recovery Events, looks forward to its 10th annual International Overdose Awareness Day. There will be many different community partners and event speakers sharing their resources, knowledge, and stories. All are invited!
Want to participate?
We welcome any and all from the community to come and participate. Whether you are a community partner, community leader, or just a prospective attendee, we’d love to see you. We are looking for speakers, volunteers, and community partners (vendors). Community partners can set up an informational table or speak at the event to share resources with event attendees.

Vendor Application and Information
IOAD 2026’s vendor applications are currently open! If you are interested in having a table at this event, please fill out the IOAD Vendor Application.
Below is important vendor information to know before arriving. If you have any questions, please reach out to us by email at [email protected].
Vendor Information
- Arrive for set up anytime between 2-4pm
- Check in at the Yakima Recovery Events/Triumph table when you arrive for set-up details
- Unload your car in the upper parking lot at Sarg Hubbard Park (near pavilion). Event volunteers will be available to assist you in keeping your items with you as you move your car.
- Park your car in the lower lot at the bottom of the hill (on the Walmart side of the park).
- Clean your area fully of debris, trash, etc. before leaving.
Tables and chairs are not provided. Please bring your own tables, chairs, and canopies.
Volunteer Application and Information
Are you interested in volunteering at the event? We are looking for help with set-up, clean-up and more! 3pm – 5pm or 5pm – 7pm. Please fill out the IOAD 2026 Volunteer Application if you are interested.

Event Speaker Application and Information
Do you have a story to share about how overdose has affected your life? We want to hear from you!
We are looking for speakers with lived experience, in either surviving an overdose or experienced overdose with a loved one, as well as health care professionals with expertise in the subject.
If you are interested in being a speaker at IOAD 2026, please fill out the IOAD 2026 Speaker Application for consideration.

Snacks during vendor set-up. All are invited!
4-6pm:
Program featuring speakers who have experienced overdose, lost friends and family, or are working to help save lives.

Are You Interested in Being Part of the 2026 Planning Meetings? RSVP Here!
Planning meetings will take place at Triumph, 120 S. 3rd St, Yakima. Please ring the bell at the “Administration” Building. The meetings will be in the upstairs boardroom.
