About Triumph

Our team is comprised of employees in various administrative, clinical, housing, childcare, and food service roles. Triumph is more than a workplace; it’s a place for compassion and impactful change. Since 1961, we have honored a long-standing commitment to health in Central Washington by providing outpatient and residential care for substance use disorder and mental health treatment.

Located in the heart of the Yakima Valley, Triumph is where hope and new life become possible.

Integrity

“I feel that Triumph works as a team, and I am heard when I have questions or thoughts.

I like being able to watch them come in with nothing and see them leave with hope when they graduate. To watch the change. No one knows what men go through in their addiction, we always here the stories about women. Something about watching them be vulnerable and open up is really impactful. The men are so humble and grateful, to watch the change from when they come to us hopeless and broken and leave with confidence and self worth, that’s why I am here.” – Ashleigh Cooper

“We are not alone no matter how alone we may feel when using drugs and alcohol. We all just want to feel loved and be heard, and I get to be a small part of loving everyone around me.” – Victoria George

“At Triumph, we meet individuals when they are at some of the lowest points of their life and have the privilege of walking along side of them throughout their recovery journey and get to see them grow into the individuals that they want to be. At Triumph, we truly believe that a person should be treated as an individual and not just another number which can be seen throughout interactions that occur between the patients and the staff within each program. ” – Cassidy Leslie
