Getting Started
How do I get started?
Please call (509)248-1800 to get set up with an assessment or diagnostic evaluation. Depending on your assessment status, one of our trained staff members will recommend you to an appropriate program.
Can I afford treatment?
We have public, private, and low-income assistance. No one will be denied services based on their inability to pay.
How long does the process usually take?
Assessment availability, open beds, and treatment duration vary. Assessments can be completed in approximately 2 hours. The results appointment is scheduled for approximately 7 days following the original assessment date. Triumph’s Outpatient program accepts walk-in substance use disorder assessments Monday-Thursday from 9-5pm and Fridays from 9-3pm at 120 S 3rd St. Yakima WA, 98901. Upon completing an assessment, an individual will be referred to an appropriate level of care to support their needs.
Who do I call for questions about treatment?
