Triumph’s Brand-new Commercial Kitchen

Chef Brian runs the brand-new commercial kitchen that serves residents at Triumph’s Campus. After graduating from culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu and 23 years in the industry, he has come home to take care of his community. “It’s a new kitchen, new management, new culture, same issue: taking care of the Yakima community one resident at a time.”
Chef and his team serve three health-focused daily meals– that’s about 200 meals a day– to residents, as well as preparing multiple daily snacks.
A garden of raised beds lies directly behind the kitchen. Soon, they will be filled with herbs and vegetables such as tomatoes and zucchini. Residents will have a hand in maintaining these plants and learn ways to prepare fresh vegetables in homemade meals.
