Whether you need help after an overdose, want to stop using opioids, or are looking for support, Triumph is here to help you find the path that’s right for you!
YOU DON’T HAVE TO WAIT FOR DETOX!
Our team can help you start recovery with a variety of medications, including Suboxone, Brixadi, and Sublocade (oral and injectable medication) and Vivitrol, as well as:
- Take-away withdrawal support kits
- Peer recovery support
- Coordination for additional services
HOW IT WORKS
- Call or Walk-In at Triumph’s Outpatient Clinic
- Clinic Hours Monday – Friday 8am-4pm
- Meet with a provider to discuss your needs
- Start medication treatment
- Receive ongoing supports
Walk-in appointments may be accommodated, depending on availability. Making an appointment is highly recommended
